Ms. Trinh Quynh Giao has been appointed as Vice Chairman of PVI AM's Board of Directors since January 2022. She is currently holding the position of CIO of PVI Joint Stock Company. Ms. Giao holds a Master's degree in Economics, majoring in Banking and Finance from Paris Dauphine University and has 18 years of experience in the investment field. Before joining PVI, she was the CEO of Covestcons Company Limited and CIO of Coteccons Construction JSC. Mr. Duong Thanh Francois is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVI AM as well as a member of the Board of Representatives of PVI Opportunity Investment Fund (POF) and PVI Infrastructure Investment Fund (PIF) managed by PVI AM. He is responsible for supervising the activities of PVI AM and approving the operation of the above two investment funds. He started working at PVI Holdings in 2012 as a member of the Board of Directors of PVI Holdings. He is currently the CEO of Vietnam-related activities of HDI Global SE Singapore. Mr. Duong Thanh Francois holds a Master's degree in Software Consulting from Eisti Paris and a Master's Degree in Finance from JAE Paris.

Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Nga is currently the Head of Supervisory Board of PVI AM, as well as the Deputy Head of Compliance and Risk Management Department of PVI Holdings. Ms. Nga has nearly 30 years of working experience in the field of finance and accounting. She used to hold the positions of Deputy Director of Finance and Accounting Department, Deputy Director of Compliance Control Board, Deputy Head of Management and Development Department of PVI Insurance Corporation, Deputy Head of Strategic Investment Department of PVI Holdings. Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Nga graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree in Accounting and Auditing from the National Economics University.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Vu is currently Deputy CEO of PVI AM. He has 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, control and 12 years of experience working at PVI with the position of Deputy Director of the Investment Department, Deputy Director of Finance and Accounting Department, Director of Internal Control Department, Director of Internal Audit & Risk Management Department, Director of Compliance Strategy Department and Head of PVI's Audit Committee. He holds a Master’s degree of Economics and a Bachelor of Accounting - Auditing from National Economics University and a Certificate of Auditor (CPA) in Vietnam.

Ms. Nguyen Thuy Linh has nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 12 years working within the PVI system. She used to hold the positions of Chief Accountant of PV2 Investment Joint Stock Company, Chief Accountant of Vietnam Asset Development Joint Stock Company and Deputy Director of Finance and Accounting Department of PVI Holdings. She holds a PhD and a Master’s degree of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines, after graduating with a Bachelor of Economics from Hanoi National University.
